Leasure is Amber Ashley’s elevated apartment locating experience through Relive Realty. It was created for renters who want more than a list of apartment links — with hands-on search support, touring help, and a smoother path from apartment search to move.

Is Leasure a brokerage?

No. Leasure is not a brokerage. Leasure is Amber Ashley’s branded client experience, and Amber Ashley works as a licensed Real Estate Agent & Apartment Locator with the brokerage Relive Realty.

Is this service really free?

Yes. Leasure’s apartment locating service is completely free to the client. There is no separate fee to work with Amber Ashley. When you sign a lease with an apartment community, Amber Ashley is compensated through the property by way of the brokerage relationship with Relive Realty — not by charging you for the service. That means you get search support, narrowed options, tour coordination, and guidance throughout the process without paying out of pocket.

What does Leasure actually help with?

Leasure helps take the work of apartment searching off your plate. That can include narrowing options, checking details with properties, helping build a more intentional shortlist, coordinating tours, offering live or recorded tour support when needed, and guiding the process with more clarity from search to move.

Do you only send apartment listings?

No. Leasure is designed to be more hands-on than simply sending listings. Amber Ashley personally helps narrow the search, verify details, support tours, and guide next steps so the process feels more focused and less overwhelming.

Do you only help with luxury apartments?

No. Leasure is built around a luxury-level service experience, not only luxury apartment inventory. The focus is on a more refined, supported apartment search process.

The Search Process

What happens after I complete the intake?

Once you complete the official intake through Relive Realty, Amber Ashley reviews your criteria and begins shaping the apartment search around your budget, location needs, move timeline, and priorities. From there, the process moves into narrowed options, tour support, and guided next steps.

How are apartment options narrowed for me?

Your options are narrowed around more than just bedrooms and price points. Amber Ashley considers your location needs, day-to-day routine, work or home anchors, major preferences, and overall fit so the shortlist feels more intentional and more useful.

Do you personally call properties and verify details?

Yes. Amber Ashley personally reaches out to properties as part of the locating process to check important details and help narrow the search more intentionally. Because apartment availability and pricing can change quickly, recommendations are always subject to current property updates.

Can you help with tours?

Yes. Leasure can help coordinate tours, support independent touring, and offer live or recorded walkthrough support when needed, depending on what works best for the client and the situation.

Am I working with Amber Ashley or Relive Realty?

Both, in different ways. Amber Ashley is the apartment locator guiding your experience, and Relive Realty is the brokerage behind the official process. Leasure is the branded client experience Amber has built around that support.

Why does the intake go through Relive Realty?

Because Amber works through Relive Realty, the official intake is completed there as part of the proper brokerage process. This creates a seamless bridge between the Leasure experience and the brokerage structure supporting your search.

Move Support

Do you offer help beyond the apartment search?

Yes. Leasure is designed to support more than just the initial apartment search. In addition to search and touring support, optional move-in related help is also available through Relive Realty’s move-in partner after your lease has been signed.

Can Leasure help if I’m moving from out of state?

Yes. Leasure is especially helpful for renters relocating to Atlanta or Greater Atlanta from out of state, since the process is designed to reduce the time, guesswork, and local searching that often make long-distance moves more stressful.
